Given Equation :

  •  \sf{ \dfrac{1}{x}  + 7 +  \dfrac{1}{x}  + 9 =  \dfrac{1}{x}  + 10}

Let us take the LCM to make this problem a little less scary xD xD

 \sf{ \dfrac{1 + 7x + 1 + 9}{x}  =  \dfrac{1 + 10x}{x} }

Simplifying it further,

 \sf{ \dfrac{16x + 2}{x}  =  \dfrac{1 + 10x}{x} }

Cross Multiplying both the equations,

 \sf{x(16x + 2) = x(1 + 10x)}

 \sf{ {16x}^{2}  + 2x = x +  {10x}^{2} }

 \sf{ {16x}^{2}  -  {10x}^{2}  + 2x - x = 0}

 \sf{ {6x}^{2}   + x = 0}

After solving the above equation, we get the value of x as,

\boxed{\sf{x=\dfrac{1}{6}}} or \boxed{\sf{x=0}}
