Hey!
[1 - x^2]*[1 - y^2] + 4xy
on opening the brackets we have
[1 - y^2 - x^2 + (x^2)(y^2)] + 4xy
1 - (x^2)(y^2) - x^2 - y^2 + 4xy

[taking negative sign common]

1 - (x^2)(y^2) - [ x^2 + y^2 - 4xy]
1 - (x^2)(y^2) - [(x - y)^2]
1 - x^2 y^2 - (x - y)^2

This is the answer.
