1. Yasin started a catering business 5 years back, due to perpetual losses in business he has
now decided to shut down his business. He owes Rs 5 Lacs to the supplier from whom he
had been procuring goods on credit. His business funds are insufficient to repay the debt.
Can supplier recover his dues from personal assets of Yasin since the business assets are
insufficient? Give reason in support of your answer.​
