                     We have received your complain letter. You have written an angry email complaining about silk blouse that you have purchased from us last week. You mentioned that you washed the blouse by hand and it got shrunken. You are also asking about replacement or complete refund of Rs 2000. Dear Customer, as we have already mentioned in our website that silk clothing cannot be hand-washed or machine-washed at home, it should be dry-cleaned. You had to read to the precautions and instructions. That’s not our fault. Please understand our policies. Thank you.
