Sir,
I purchased a wrist watch Fastrack analog watch along with a set of headphones JBL - T450BT (Black) on 7th July, 2021. The order number is 10374710. The payment was done through net banking. The I had received the order confirmation for both my purchases. Both of them were expected to get delivered at my address by 13th July.
The order was delivered on time but was incomplete. The set of headphones wasn't delivered. The status of the headphones say they are delivered, but it didn't reach my place. I've attached the order confirmation email and my payment receipt.
I request you to kindly check my order details once and send the undelivered set of headphones as soon as possible.
