Regarding: The draught and poor survival facilities.

Dear sir:

Through the column of your esteemed daily, I, Rakha Chauhan, a resident of Shalawar of Boomer district want to draw my deep anguish and valuable concerns regarding the draught that recently widely spread in our area.

Being a reason of centrally dry tropical deciduous zone, our area this year received a very low rainfall compared to earlier years. This didn't properly filled the need of ground water draining parameters. This led ground water to be empty in few months.

Now, people are wondering here and there is search of water. The situation had become so poor that cases of deaths are coming to be heard. Many animals died and this number is not stopping. One of the most moving news is that a day before a man of our neighbouring village died, due to draught. I want you to understand the deepness of my words.

Furthermore, there are various reasons for the occuring of draught. One of the significant reason is lack of proper rainwater conservation system. Neither the people are taught nor the administration had yet introduced about such things. Such a miserable condition due to absence of conservatory knowledge had shown people the baddest of their days today.

Therefore, it is now the responsibility of the respective authorities to take this serious issue on the top and solve it out as promptly as possible. Also, I, on behalf of the people appeal to the authorities for the medical relief supply and measures. Your helpful efforts would be appreciated. Thanking you in anticipation.
