Diary entry describing the feeling

10:00 A.M.
Dear diary,
Today I got the call, I have been waiting for since last fortnight. The call giving me confirmation of selection in national level 'Quiz Contest'. My excitement is not for the quiz, but for the fact that it will be aired on T.V.
Receiving the call was the first work I did after waking up, making my whole day blessed. I was feeling so excited, that immediately I ran to everyone, stating the news and grinning with all my teeth.
I have already done solid preparations for the quiz. Nothing left but the practice of time management. I want to be the winner on national TV, making my family and school proud.
