Dear sir,

This is to inform you that, I recently stayed in your hotel in the room number A-316. As you know, the weather of New Delhi was abnormally hot during my stay. Every facility provided by your hotel was fine but your air conditioning system was really troublesome.

At first, the air conditioner worked well but as the temperature started rising outside, the AC went wrong. It wasn't able to cool the entire room. I was able to feel the hot weather while staying inside. I had to rely upon the only fan provided in the room.

Hence, I would like to tell you to get the AC repaired or replaced for avoiding any such situations further. I hope you'll not disappoint me and get it done as soon as possible.

So get your cooling system fixed. We have a lot of trouble. Call the mechanic quickly and get the cooling system fixed. Because there is so much trouble in summer. If I do not recover soon, I will complaint. Your hotel will not do well with it and no one will come to your hotel. So please fix it.
