Some stress management techniques are -

  1. He should try doing his favourite thing after the completion of the revision.
  2. Try to relax and have faith in himself and his mind.
  3. If certain answers do not come to the mind during revision, he should try to remain calm. He should reflect on the reason for his inability to recall the answer. Take further steps accordingly.
  4. He should keep in mind that exams are important but not more than mental and physical health. Things can be improved if gone wrong.
