The pH of the solution is 11

Quantity of NaOH = 0.04gm (Given)

Normality = Weight/ Equivalent Weight

Normality of the solution = 0.04/40

= 0.001  

normality = 0.001

So pOH= -log(0.001) = 3

pH. = 14 - pOH

pH. = 14–3

= 11

Therefore, the ph of the solution is 11.
