first multiply 11/19 with 5

the answer is 55/19

Then convert 10/1 to 190/19(you can divide 190/19 . You will get the same answer i.e, 10)

190/19+55/19=190+55

                           19

Your final answer is 245/19.

Please check if it could be reduced....
