2y -  \frac{3}{4}  - 3y -  \frac{5}{2}  = y +  \frac{3}{4}  \\  =  > 2y - 3y - y =  \frac{3}{4}  +  \frac{3}{4}  +  \frac{5}{2}  \\  =  >  - 2y =  \frac{3 + 3 + 10}{4}  \\  =  >  - 2y =  \frac{16}{4}  \\  =  >  - 2y = 4 \\  =  > y =  \frac{4}{ - 2}  \\  =  > y =  - 2
