false as in the LHS side the answer is -7
but in the RHS side if we change the sign then it becomes 7 so it is false
it can be written as
-10+3 = 3-10

hope it helps you

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Concept:

The concept of sum and substraction will be used to solve this equation. There are many different ways to categorise anything as correct (true) or untrue (false)

Given:

The equation which is given to make it true or false is (-10)+3=10-3 .

To Find:

We need to conclude this equation as true or false.

Solution:

To get the conclusion as true or false, we have to get the value of L.H.S first.

L.H.S=(-10)+3=-7

Then solve the values of R.H.S.

Then R.H.S = 10-3=7

Here the expression is false. Because L.H.S results  -7 but R.H.S results 7 .

So we can say this expression is false.
