if there is only a number we use 1 as the denominator.

now we reciprocal 10/1

= \frac{1}{10}

now we will multiply

= \frac{10}{3} × \frac{1}{10}

but before multiplying further , we have to reduce

this is after reducing

=\frac{1}{3} × \frac{1}{1}   now we multiply and we get the answer

= 1/3
