(i) Profit earned by selling a table= 500 rs

loss by selling a chair= 150 rs

=》 he sold 20 tables so,

1 table --> 500 (PROFIT)

20 tables --> (500×20)= 10,000 rs

=》he sold 20 chairs so,

1 chair --> 150 (loss)

20 chairs --> (150×20)=3000 rs.

here, PROFIT > LOSS

10,000 > 3000

THUS THE NET PROFIT= (10,000-3000)= 7000 rs.
