i) 1 - 3/8 = 5/8 remaining

2/5 × 5/8 = 1/4 spend on clothes

Remaining = 5/8 - 1/4 = 3/8

ii) 3/8 = 1800

1 = 1800 × 8 ÷ 3 = 4800
