10. A man walks 9 km towards east and turns right and walks 2 km and then turns
right and walks 3 km and turns left and walks 4 km. Then find the direction of the
starting point from the finally reached point and also find the distance from the
starting point.

it's distance from the starting point is

√{(4+2)^2+(9-3)^2 } km

=√{(6)^2+6^2} km

=√(36+36) km

=√72 km

=√36×2 km

=6√2 km
