13x = 104 × 8

13x = 832

x = $\dfrac{832}{13}$

x = $\dfrac{\cancel{832}}{\cancel{13}}$

x = 64

So the other number is $\dfrac{5}{8}$ of 64

=> $\dfrac{5}{8}$ × 64

=> 5 × 8

=> 40

∴ The numbers are :- 64,40
