10. A train 160 m long is running at 40 km/hr. In how much
time will it pass a platform 140 m long?
please explain

mohapatrarudranaraya: Distance 140+160=300m

Speed =40km/hr × 1000m/3600 sec

. = 40 × 5/18 sec

Time = Distance/speed

=300 ÷(40×5/18)

= 300÷ (200/18)

= 300/200 × 18

= 27 sec
