Answer:

Let the number be x

According to question:-

 \frac{x}{2}  + 10 = 60

Removing the denominator:-

 \frac{(x + 10(2) = 60(2)}{2}

x+20=120

x=120-20

x=100

Verification:-

 \frac{100}{2}  + 10 = 60

50+10=60

60=60

Since,

Since,LHS=RHS

Hence verified.

Answer:

let no. be X

so according to question,

( 1/2 × X ) + 10 = 60

= X/2 + 10 = 60

= X /2 + 20/2 = 60

= ( X + 20 ) / 2 = 60

= X + 20 = 60 × 2

= X = 120 - 20

= X = 100

hope it helps
