Step-by-step explanation:

RADIUS OF CIRCULAR SHEET = 14/2 = 7

AREA OF FULL MASK = 22/7×7²

= 154cm

AREA OF 2 INNER CIRCLE = (22/7×1²)2

= 22/7×2

AREA OF INNER TRIANGLE = 1/2×2×1

= 1cm

AREA OF INNER RECTANGLE = 1.5 ÷ 0.8

= 1.2cm

AREA OF REMAINING CIRCLE = AREA OF OUTER CIRCLE - AREA OF INNER CIRCLES, TRIANGLE AND RECTANGLE

= 154 - (44/7+1+1.2cm)

= 154 - 594/70

145 \times \frac{13}{70}
