India is a sovereign established state, at no point in time is a state closed, a state is always surviviung no matter what happens, a state has its sovereignty intact at any point in time to prevent it from destruction, India being a state is sovereign and shall thrive and survive all through, at no point in time shall India be closed its open and always there.
