  • Event A :- getting  an odd number

A = { 1 , 3 , 5 , 7 , 9 }

n(A) = 5

p(A) = n(A)/n(S)

       =5/10

       = 2

  • Event B :- getting an even number

B = { 2 , 4 , 6 , 8 , 10 }

n(B) = 5

p(B) = n(B)/n(S)

       = 5/10

       = 2

  •  Event C :- getting a prime number

C = { 2 , 3 , 5 , 7 }

n(C) = 4

p(C) = n(C)/n(S)

       = 4/10

      = 2/5
