  • Joining Reporting verb + Reported speech by that Connective → that , if , wether to ,etc.
  • Changing the verb in Reporting verb → said to → told\asked\enquired\ordered\requested\advised etc

Exception of tense :

  2. Habitual facts
  3. Historical facts
  4. Proverb and quatation .
  5. Imaginary conditional and Impossible conditional sentences.

Rules for changing pronoun :

  1. First pronoun [I,We] change according to subject [Speaker]
  2. Second person pronoun [you] change according to object [listener]
  3. Third person pronoun [ He,She,They,name,it] don't change.
