I did not understand what you meant by "10a" but I'll try to answer you...
If used just as an example, the argument is sound. According to the statement "all dogs are dangerous". As golden retreiver is also a type of dog, therefore it is dangerous according to the condition mentioned earlier.
Just a side note: not all dogs are dangerous. Their aggression entirely depends on how their owners treat them. I've been a dog lover all my life and never did I come across a dog who was naturally aggressive ;-)
