6️⃣ Unicellular includes hetrotrophic organisms whereas, multicellular organisms includes both autotrophic and hetrotrophic organisms.

7️⃣ An injury in unicellular organisms affects the whole body which causes the death of the cell whereas, an injury in a cell of a multicellular organisms does not affect the whole body or cause death.
