difference 1:-
1.unicellular organisms are single celled organisms.
2.multicellular organisms have more than one cell.

difference 2:-
1.the unicellular organisms do various activities on its own.
2.multicellular organisms depend on other cells to perform various activities.

difference 3:-
1.unicellular organisms include eukaryotes and prokaryotes
2.multicellular organisms include eukaryotic cells only.

difference 4:-
1.unicellular organisms contain nucleus and some other components.
2.but multicellular organisms contain all components like mitochondria .......so on.

difference 5:-
1.unicellular organisms reproduce by asexual reproduction.
2.multicellular organisms reproduce by sexual reproduction.

difference 6:-
1.ex.amoeba, bacteria , paramaecium .... etc. are examples for unicellular organisms.
2.plants,animals,zygote,including humanbeings are examples of multicellular organisms.

difference 7:-
1.an injury of unicellular organisms affect the whole body which cause to death.
2.an injury of cell in multicellular organisms doesnot affect the whole body.

difference 8:-
1.life period is very short in unicellular organisms.
2.life period is larger than the unicellular organisms in multicelled.

difference 9:-
1.unicellular organisms donot have certain shape
2.multicellular organisms have definite shape.

difference 10:-
1.unicellular includes hetrotrophic.

Here is your answer...

Unicellular organisms:

These organisms contain only single cell in them.

All the functions are performed in one cell.

There is no cell division in them.

Unicellular organisms are primitive organisms.

Examples: Amoeba, tripanosoa.

Multicellular organisms:

These organisms contains more cells in them.

Different functions are performed by different tissues.

There is cell division in them.

These are formed from the unicellular organisms.

Examples: Human beings, animals.
