Let the two parts be x and y
Now, x+y=100 and x=2/3y
Now we can write, 2/3y+y=100
Therefore, y=60 and x=40

Let the fraction be x/(x+5)=y
As per the question, (x+9)/(x+5)=y+1
Solving these equations you’ll get x=4 and hence the required fraction is 4/9
