1. These days, all of us take a faulty and unbalanced diet, with refined, synthetic am
processed foods. We consume more of white flour, white sugar and foods with chemica
additives. As a result, the digestive system of our body gets functionally disturbed

4. Fasting improves digestion, assimilation and cleaning of all parts of the body. It tons
up the entire system. The liver becomes active in removal of toxic matter. The digestive
system gets rest and starts functioning properly. It also increases natural resistance to
