Push the wall, unless you are Hulk, you won’t be able to move it.
When you apply a force to the wall, simultaneously the wall reacts, isn’t it beautiful? As if the wall has its own will and does not want to move at all. It is like an uprising against you :D
Anyway, we call that force the normal force which is the normal(perpendicular) to the surface you are applying a force to.
Also, the surface that you stand on your feet is important here. If you push so much and if the friction is not enough to keep you stationary, then you may start to move to the left, assuming the wall is on your right.
As you can see, this is a typical daily life example of Newton’s Third Law.
Original statement of Newton is
When one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction on the first body.
In short, ideally, no friction or molecular level interaction(btw your hand and the wall) is assumed, then if you apply a small force you will get a normal force which is equal in magnitude but opposite in direction.

Walking: when you walk, you push the street i.e. you apply a force on the street and the reaction force move you forward.
Gun Firing: when someone fire gun the reaction force push the gun backword.
Jumping to land from boat: The action force applied on the boat and the reaction force puch you to land. The action force push the boat backword.
