15 {x}^{2}  + x - 6 \\ 15 {x}^{2}  + 10x -9 x - 6 \\ 5x(3x + 2) - 3(3x + 2) \\ (5x - 3)(3x + 2) \\ x =  \frac{3}{5}   \: x =  - \frac{  2}{3}
