$L.C.M \: of \: \: = 12, 15, 18 \: and \: 27 \\ \\ = 540$

$least \: 5 \: digit \: Number \\ \\ = 10,000$

$After \: Dividing \: 10,000 \: with \\ 540 \: we \: get \: quotient \\ \\ = 18$

$= 10,000 \times 18 \\ \\ = 18,000$
