1) 23+24+25+26+27+28 =

(23+28)+(24+27)+(25+26)= 51×3=153

2) 23+24+25+26+27+28 =

(28+27+…..+1) - (22+21+….+1)

(28×29)/2 - (22×23)/2

14×29–11×23=406-253=153

3) 23+24+25+26+27+28=

(20+3)+….+(20+8)=

20×6 + ( 3+4+5+6+7+8) =

120+33=153

There are many ways. But I guess first one was easier. And 2nd one was lengthy.
