Given :

  • The angles of a triangle are given in the ratio 2 : 3 : 4.

To Find :

  • The angles of the Triangle.

According to the Angle Sum Property of a Triangle,

\underline{\sf{All\: the\: angles\:of\: a \:Triangle\: add\: upto\: 180°}}

So now coming to the Question,

 \implies{ \sf{2x + 3x + 4x = 180}}

Solving it further by adding all the x terms,

 \implies{ \sf{9x = 180}}

Taking 9 to the other side,

 \implies{ \sf{x =  \dfrac{180}{9} }}

 \implies{ \boxed{ \sf{ \red{x = 20}}}}

From the question, the ratios are given as 2x, 3x & 4x.

By substituting the values,

We get :

 \sf{2x = 2 \times 20 = 40}

 \sf{3x =  3\times 20 = 60}

 \sf{4x = 4 \times 20 = 80}
