Step-by-step explanation:

Alpha into beta is equal to c/a

so,a=1 and c=k

product of zero=c/a

k/1= 3

so k=3

Explanation- f(x)=x²-4x+k

We know the zero of this polynomial is 3

Then f(3)= 3²-4(3)+k=0

= 9-12+k=0

= -3+k=0

= K=3

Answer- k=3
