its ZERO(0) , as the only thing is that ,the sphere doesn't enclose any charge inside it.

in other words ,total field line passive through the spherical region comes out from it.,right ..

then net will be zero..for sure.

As surface of area lies in the Y-Z plane, thus its area vector points in X direction  i.e.   A=20i^

Electric flux    ϕ=E.A

∴   ϕ=(5i^+4j^+9k^).(20i^)
