In right angled triangle ABC,

AC squ. = AB squ. + BC squ.

AC squ. = (5) squ. +( 12) saq.

AC squ. = 25+144=169

AC =13

And we know that, circumcenter of right angled triangle is at the mid point of the hypotenuse.

so 1/2Ac= 6.5
