Dogs should be treated with care. If they are ill it is our responsibility to take them to a vet. They also need an everyday bath. Like all humans dogs too need food 3 times a day. It's our responsibility to make sure they stay healthy. If you adopt a pet dog and you don't have money to give food it's not like to kick them off any moment. they need to be handed to the orphanage.
