Answer:

1480

Explanation:

power = work /time

work = fetching ( vertical ) & delivery ( horizontal )

fetching work = mgh ; m = mass ; g = gravity ; h = height

mass = density × volume

m = 1000 × 10 × 1000 / 1000000 = 10 kg

g = 9.8 m/s^2

h = 10 m

work = 10 × 9.8 × 10

work = 980 J................(1)

now......

delivery work = 1/2 m v^2 ( KE )

v = 10 m/s

m = 10 kg

work = 1/2 × 10 × 10 ×10 = 500J......(2)

total work = 980 + 500 = 1480J

power = 1480 / 1 = 1480 W

Note : some times horizontal work is not considered. so check ur answer
