The story the picture tells us is there were two donkeys (or some other animal) tied with a single rope, there were two bushes on each other side of the donkeys, they tried to eat the bush but the rope was not big enough to reach the bushes on each side, but they tried again but they couldn't reach the bush on their side, then they sit down and decide they will eat each bush together at each time. By this way they both could eat the bush.
