the poem is Amanda as it relieves around the upbringing of little girl named Amanda life is full of struggles where she is denied of freedom and expressions. Amanda is so much irritated that she is escapes reality by living in her world of imagination through the Gateway experience calmness away from her nagging parents.
Amanda is lost in her own thought and is pay no attention to the instruction being given by her mother that is she is not looking at the speaker.
silence and freedom valued her as silence is gold and freedom is sweet.
