12 men can do the job in 10 days. That means one man can do 1/(12*10) or 1/120 of the job per day. 15 women can do the job in 10 days. So one woman can do 1/(15*10) or 1/150 of the job per day. 7 men and 10 women will do 7/120+10/150 of the job per day. 7/120=35/600 and 10/150=40/600. So 35/100+ 40/600 or 75/600 or 1/8 of the work will be done each dav.

It will take 8 days for the team to finish the job.
