 {\huge {\mathfrak {Answer :-}}}

_______________

Let, a boy can do x part of work.

And, a man can do y part of work.

Thus,

 \implies 10/y + 8/x = 4/y + 20/x

 \implies 6/y = 12/x

 \implies 1/y = 2/x

 \implies 8/y = 16/x

Considering the above equation we can clearly say that 8 man will do the work of 16 boys.

.°. 8 man will do the work of 16 boys.

Answer :

8 man will do the work of 16 boys.

Step-by-step explanation :

Given that :

10 men and 8 boys can do the same work.

As, 4 men and 20 boys.

To Find :

How many man will do the work of 16 boys.

Solution :

Let, a boy can do a part of work.

And, a man can do b part of work.

Now,

\sf \implies\dfrac{10}{b}+\dfrac{8}{a} = \dfrac{4}{b} + \dfrac{20}{a}\\\\\implies\dfrac{6}{y} = \dfrac{12}{a}\\\\ \implies\dfrac{1}{b} =\dfrac{2}{a}\\\\\implies\dfrac{8}{b} = \dfrac{16}{a}

Hence,

It implies that 8 man will do the work of 16 boys.
