Let the 10 men be A and the 15 women be B, so that the question changes as the following:

"A can complete a piece of work in 15 days and B can complete the same work in 12 days. If A and B work together, in how many days will the work get completed?"

Now let's find the answer!

Using the formula

 \frac{xy}{x + y} \\ \\ \Rightarrow \ \frac{15 \times 12}{15 + 12} \\ \\ \Rightarrow \ \frac{180}{27} \\ \\ \Rightarrow \ \frac{20}{3} \: days \\ \\ \Rightarrow \ 6 \frac{2}{3} \: days \\ \\ \Rightarrow \ 6 \ days \: 16 \: hours

So the answer is got.
