10 men can do a peice of work in 4 days how many man will be required to do the same work in 5 days​

Hey friend, here is your answer -

Let the number of men required to do the work in 5 days​ be x.

If the number of men will increase, then the number of days would decrease and vice versa, so this is a case of inverse proportion.

10 * 4 = x * 5

40 = 5x

x = 40/5

x = 8

Hence 8 men will be required to do the work in 5 days.
