Given:

CP of Bangles=3000\\CP of Wooden Toys = 5000\\SP of Bangles = 3540\\SP of Wooden Toys = 5750

To Find: The profit and the profit percentage of Mukesh and Harish.

Solution:

For Mukesh,

CP of Bangles = 3000\\SP of Bangles = 3540

We know that, Profit = SP - CP

Profit=3540-3000\\=540

The formula for Profit percentage is,

\frac{Profit}{CP}*100

Profit Percent =\frac{540}{3000}*100\\=\frac{54}{3} =18percent

For Harish,

CP of Wooden Toys=5000\\SP of Wooden Toys = 5750

Profit=5750-5000\\=750

Profit Percent=\frac{750}{5000}*100\\=15percent

The earning of Harish was higher by 750-540=210 and the profit percent of Mukesh is higher by 3%.
