To Find: The profit and the profit percentage of Mukesh and Harish.

Solution:

For Mukesh,

$CP of Bangles = 3000\\SP of Bangles = 3540$

We know that, Profit = SP - CP

$Profit=3540-3000\\=540$

The formula for Profit percentage is,

$\frac{Profit}{CP}*100$

$Profit Percent =\frac{540}{3000}*100\\=\frac{54}{3} =18percent$

For Harish,

$CP of Wooden Toys=5000\\SP of Wooden Toys = 5750$

$Profit=5750-5000\\=750$

$Profit Percent=\frac{750}{5000}*100\\=15percent$

The earning of Harish was higher by 750-540=210 and the profit percent of Mukesh is higher by 3%.
