Solve the following sub-questions (Any one) :
(1) Circles with centres A, B and C touch each other externally. If
AB = 3 cm, BC = 3 cm, CA = 4 cm, then find the radii of each circle.

Radius of circle with centre B=1cm

Radius of circle with centre C=2cm

Given AB=3cm BC=3cm CA=4cm

1.consider both circles meet each other at point P then AP=x and BP=3-x

2.consider the circles with centres B and C meet at point Q then BQ=3-x and QC=x

3.consider the circles with centres C and A meet at R then CR=x and AR=x

Solving above equations as

2x=4

x=2

By substituting value of x in all equations we get radius of circle's A,B,C are 2,1,1 respectively
