population of village = p
died = 10%
remaining = 90/100 × p = 0.9p

left the village= 25%
remaining = 100 - 25 = 65% of 0.9p
remaining = 0.9p × 75/100 = 0.675p

0.675p = 4050
p = 4050/0.675 = 4050×1000/675

You calculate and find the answer.

65% of population= 4050
total population= 4050 × 100/65 =
