10 people =12 days
work done by 1 person in 1 day = 12/10 =1.2 units
work done by 6 person who are half as efficient as the ones above in 1 day = 1.2 *6/2 = 3.6 units
total work = 120 (In these type of questions we assume total work to be 10 *12 multiplication of given quantities)
3/5th of 120 = 72
Time taken by the less efficient 6 people to complete 3/5th of the wall will be = 72/3.6 = 20 days
