यह खेल ठंड में बहुत ही अच्छा है। थोड़े देर के खेल में पूरे शरीर में गर्मी आ जाती है। सेहत के दृष्टि से भी यह खेल लाभदायक है। बचपन में तो मै हर रोज शाम में बैडमिंटन खेला करता था जो मुझे बहुत आनंदित करता था।
